Real engagements, told generically to respect our clients' confidentiality. The specifics change; the discipline (architect, integrate, deliver) doesn't.
A unified data foundation for a global, multi-metro network
Global data center, interconnection, and network services provider
A global provider was midway through a multi-year program to standardize, integrate, govern, and modernize its network operations. We led the systems-integration and observability workstream. We stood up NetBox as a single source of truth and migrated IP management off a homegrown database. We retired the competing systems around it and built the core network services and data pipeline on top. We supported the governance and operations work alongside it.

Network service provider
The operator wanted network operations driven by events, not by people copying signals between screens and opening tickets. We built an event-driven, Kubernetes-native automation platform scaled by KEDA and fed by real signals. Splunk searches surface operational events. New-service bookings originate in Salesforce and flow into provisioning. On top of it we built an LLM-assisted troubleshooting layer that uses LangChain Deep Agents arranged around a blackboard pattern, with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. It triggers automated testing at the affected site the moment a performance or provisioning issue shows up.

Oil & gas exploration & production operator
The operator was changing managed service providers, but its entire ITSM system ran on the outgoing MSP's ManageEngine platform, inside the MSP's own tenant. It owned none of it. We set the architecture and led the build of a ServiceNow platform the operator controls. Along the way we stood up the program and coordinated the teams and vendors, with hands-on engineering where it mattered. A joiner-mover-leaver pilot proved the platform first. From there we built the REST API behind it and grew the platform across channels, processes, and teams. The program ran under our lead, and so did the organizational transition off the outgoing provider. Training reached staff, IT, and business stakeholders. Work continues on analytics, ITOM, and integration.

Oil & gas exploration & production operator
The operator's external services edge, the layer that safely exposes internal systems to the outside world, needed modernizing. Payroll, business analytics, and a sensor-fusion ecosystem streaming real-time data from drilling operations were all waiting to go live on it. We redesigned the edge around modern application delivery controllers and onboarded each of them securely.

Industrial manufacturer
The manufacturer wanted a tireless second set of eyes on the floor. On Ultralytics YOLO we built a computer-vision safety system that spots violations in real time, from red-zone incursions to personnel counts to machines left running during maintenance. Every event flows to a data lake and reaches the safety team through a custom review portal and a Grafana-based dashboard that gives supervisory staff real-time alerting and safety management.
