His expertise deepened during seven transformative years at Cisco Systems, where he progressed from Systems Engineer supporting AT&T Wireless to Consulting Systems Engineer for Emerging Markets. At Cisco, Timothy provided pre-sales and post-sales consulting across mobile, video, service provider routing and switching, and managed services to organizations across more than 120 countries. He was selected for the exclusive team directing technical education through the SEVT program and became a respected track head and speaker at Cisco Live events.
